Payment Methods

 

**** IMPORTANT: Any payments not posted to accounts by 3:30 pm will be posted the following day. ****

 WCEC offers several methods of paying your electric bills.

 

Online - SmartHub

Click the SmartHub logo to make a payment online.

By Phone

You also have the option to pay your monthly bill by calling our payment by phone service. To make a payment by phone in English or Spanish, you may call 1-877-833-3326.

By Automatic Bank Draft

Each month the amount due on your electric bill will automatically be drafted from your bank account or credit card and paid to WCEC. You will continue to receive your monthly bills, and you should note BANK DRAFT stamped on your remittance stub. To sign up for this program, please print the following Bank Draft Authorization Form , and mail or drop it by our office.

By Mail

Please include your remittance stub with your payment and mail to the address on the stub.

In Person

You may drop your bill off directly at our office by bringing your payment into our office. You may also drop it off 24 hours/day in our drive-thru drop box.

Kiosk

You may also pay your bill via a Kiosk at our front counter.  This will allow you to bypass any lines with our CSR's and make your payment with a credit card, debit card or check.  You must have your WCEC Account number to process your payment through this system.
